Do you own a rental home in Fife?
Are you tired of dealing with all of the details yourself?
Links Luxury Holidays provides many services to make your chores manageable giving you time to relax. We can provide services all year, all season, or on an on-call basis.
Housekeeping Services:
We can provide a 5 star housekeeping service for your holiday home. We will schedule a team to go into your property and prepare it for you or your next guests arriving.
This service includes changing linen, cleaning, vacuum, cleaning out fridge and freezer, mop, dust and ensure soft furnishings are in order and empty bin. We will wash and dry your dirty laundry and return it when we do the next change over. We will also check light bulbs, remote controls and any other consumables.
On the outside we will ensure the path is swept and is neat, tidy and welcoming as first impressions really do matter.
We recommend our thorough spring cleaning to get your property into tip-top shape for the summer season.
Supply Maintenance:
We will also monitor and restock supplies that you wish to provide for your guests such as:
- toilet paper
- shower gel / hand soap / dish soap
- dishwasher detergent
- rubbish bags

- welcome pack
We can also supply luxury toiletries including a full range of Molton Brown and can, if you wish, put your Christmas decorations up.
Inventory:
We offer a complete inventory service. We will complete a thorough examination of the property inside and out according to a check list provided by the owner. We will then contact the owner with a report at the end of each guests' stay. This will also include an estimate of any damages found.
Service Level Agreement:
As a client of Links Luxury Holidays we will work to an agreed Service Level Agreement depending on your individual package.

Off-Season Services:
As a year round company, Links Luxury Holidays offers services during the off-peak months as well. If you continue to rent during the autumn, winter, or spring months, we will continue to provide turnover services. We can also provide: Property/ Safety and Security Checks -weekly, bi-weekly or monthly to ensure the safety of your home Any maintenance or repairs that are required.
